From Savoir Vivre to Royal Maison International

For more than a decade, Savoir Vivre served as a discreet consultancy to a small, international circle of principals — placing estate managers, butlers, governesses and private chefs into the world's most considered households. The work was always quiet by design.

A quiet history

Founded in 2013 in Dubai, Savoir Vivre was built on a simple conviction: that private household staffing is a craft, not a transaction. Over the years, the firm earned the trust of families across the Gulf, Europe and Asia — supporting residences, family offices and internationally mobile principals.

The transition

In 2025, Savoir Vivre was renamed Royal Maison International — a new identity for an established standard. The principals, the consultants and the standards remain unchanged. The new name reflects the maturity of a practice that now operates across multiple jurisdictions, and the editorial register expected by today's private clients.

Royal Maison Dubai

The Dubai headquarters operates as Royal Maison HR Consultancy, licensed in the United Arab Emirates and based in Burlington Tower, Business Bay. It serves as the firm's principal house — handling client engagements, candidate vetting and placements across the GCC, Europe and beyond.

Maisonette Hong Kong

To serve clients in Asia with the same standards of discretion, the firm launched Maisonette, based in Central District, Hong Kong. Maisonette operates as the regional house of Royal Maison International — supporting families and family offices across Greater China and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

One standard, three names

Royal Maison International is the parent identity. Royal Maison Dubai is the consultancy's principal house. Maisonette Hong Kong is its Asian counterpart. Together, they continue the work that Savoir Vivre began — quietly, and with the same standards.
